Nominating another person. We handle information relating to anyone under 18 with particular care, limit who can access it, and will not publish a young person's details without appropriate consent.

Legal basis and retention. We process nomination data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running the awards fairly. We keep nomination information for the duration of the 2026 awards cycle and up to 24 months afterwards, then delete or anonymise it, unless we are required to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.
