You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our events, purchase tickets, and submit nominations.

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos and imagery, is owned by or licensed to Dance Awards Ireland and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We may update, change or remove parts of the website at any time, and we are not liable for any temporary unavailability of the site.

Tickets and Entry

Tickets are issued electronically via email; digital copies are accepted at entry.

Finalist tickets are reserved for named finalists and their invited guests.

Public tickets are open to all attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry for safety, security, or venue policy reasons.

Seating and Dining (Gala)

Seating is allocated by the organiser; we will do our best to accommodate group seating requests.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of purchase or by replying to your order confirmation email no later than 14 days before the event.

Masterclasses (Participation and Safety)

Masterclass tickets are for the specified age or level only.

Under-18s must have a parent or guardian sign the participation waiver.

Participants should be fit to take part in dance activities. By purchasing, you acknowledge the physical nature of the class and accept responsibility for your own health and safety.

The organiser is not liable for personal injury or property loss except where caused by proven negligence.

Refunds and Transfers

All ticket sales are final. This applies to all ticket types, including Gala Dinner tickets, Awards Ceremony tickets, Masterclass tickets, or any other Dance Awards Ireland event tickets.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event in full.

Name transfers are permitted up to 72 hours before the event or class. To request a transfer, email info@danceawardsireland.com with your order number and the new attendee's details.

In the event of cancellation by the organiser, you will be contacted by email regarding the refund process.

Nominations and Awards

Nominations are free to submit and open to the public through our website.

By submitting a nomination, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and made in good faith.

Where you nominate another person, you confirm you have a reasonable basis to do so and that the nominee is aware of, or would reasonably expect, the nomination. We may contact the nominee to confirm.

Where a nomination concerns a person under 18, confirmation is required that a parent or guardian has consented to the nomination and to the young person's details being used in connection with the awards.

Nominations are reviewed and assessed by Dance Awards Ireland and its judging panel. Meeting the criteria or receiving nominations does not guarantee shortlisting or an award. Certain honours are determined by the judging panel, and public nominations inform, but do not decide, the outcome.

The organiser's decisions regarding shortlists, finalists and winners are final.

Personal information submitted through nominations is handled in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

Photography and Filming

The Gala, Awards Ceremony, and Masterclasses may be photographed and filmed for promotional use.

By attending, you consent to appear in event media. If you require an exemption, notify us in writing before the event.

Conduct and Venue Rules

Guests must follow all venue rules and instructions from staff.

We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe without refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, attendance at our events, or participation in the awards.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the relevant company operates, across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
