Yasmin Harcourt is a Manchester-based dancer, creative choreographer, and educator, currently Commercial Coordinator & Assistant Creative Director at Shockout Arts, contributing across BA (Hons), BTEC, and Professional programmes.

A respected educator, performer, and creative leader, Tom Goodall has influenced generations of dancers through his work as Principal Lecturer at Performers College and teaching roles at Laine Theatre Arts and Wilkes Academy.

We are beyond excited to welcome Tamara Elena “TK” Kramer to the Dance Awards Ireland 2025 judging panel!
An influential figure in the international dance community, TK is the CEO of Studio 68 London – one of the UK’s most iconic training hubs, renowned for hosting world-class choreographers, workshops, and auditions for global productions.
With a career spanning over two decades, TK has:
Collaborated with chart-topping artists and major brands across music, film, and television
Mentored thousands of dancers, many of whom have gone on to perform and teach internationally
Produced large-scale live events and creative projects that have shaped the UK’s commercial dance scene
Built a powerful global network that connects dancers to opportunities in Europe, the USA, and beyond
